Vintage video with Annie Rivieccio in huge ripped thick shape....pumping in the gym and flexing between sets.  Mostly Arm and Chest pumping.  Thick striated natural PECS and HUGE split biceps.  The last part of the video is outdoors flexing all bodyparts: abs, back, legs, calves included.
